Have you always wanted to water bath can, but aren't sure where to start? Join us Tuesday, June 4 at 5:30PM for a fun, hands-on workshop to learn which foods can be safely preserved using the water bath canning method. This is also a great opportunity to brush up on your knowledge and skills if you are an experienced canner. Participants will take home a jar of preserved food they make in the workshop. This class is $10 per person and pre-registration is required by calling the Extension Office at 330-627-4310.
