Join us for an introductory workshop on pressure canning. Participants will leave this workshop with a basic understanding of how pressure canners work, when to pressure can vs. water bath can, basic safety guidelines for pressure canning, where to find recipes and tips, as well as a pint jar of preserved food they make in the workshop. The workshop is $10 per person, and pre-registration is required by calling 330-627-4310.
