Manager Level 2 Training
December 6th, 7th, and 8th, 9AM to 4PM
December 15th (Exam), 9AM to 11AM
Location: OSUE Extension Carroll County, 540 High St. NW, Door 2, Carrollton, OH 44615
Food safety training for managers, operators, and owners. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants receive a ServSafe Certificate and Ohio Department of Health Food Protection Card. Registration fee is $150. Pre-registration with payment in full is required for all classes and examinations. Cash or check payments will be accepted via mail, or you may pay in-person before the first class. Please make checks payable to OSU Extension Carroll County. Class size is limited. A reminder email will be sent prior to thesate of your registered training. Please inquire for classe in Spanish and Mandarin. Must attend the entire training to take exam. Participants must provide their own lunch.
