Join us for a discussion on the History of Pressure and Food & Why it Works, Today's Electrice Pressure Cookers vs. Range-Top Pressure Cookers, The Science of Pressure Cooking and the Impact on Nutrition that pressure cookers have. Program will include a cooking demonstration using an electric programmable pressure cooker and recipes to try at home.
