Gromley, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Educator,
for an evening of food preservation discussion. Program will
include when and why we can foods, types of canning
equipment, when to pressure vs water bath can, canning
safety, and where to find canning resources. This class is free
to the public but registration is required by calling the library at 330-868-4101.
