The Family & Consumer Sciences program is an extensive program that assists the community in the following areas:

Program Information

As an extension of Ohio State University, Family and Consumer Sciences offers a wide variety of current, research based programs to groups and organizations in Carroll County.  The programs are primarily for adult audiences and provide information, resources and skills that can help improve the lives of participants.

Programs can vary in length from 10 minute presentations to full day seminars and can be adapted to suit a wide variety of audiences.  A broad range of topics can be addressed, and a listing of current programs is available by calling  the OSU extension, Carroll County. Some programming is available through our video lending library, and printed materials are also available for distribution.

Family and Consumer Sciences Program Assistants are available in the Carroll County office to help you plan, develop and schedule programs in collaboration with any organization.
